Whale Spirit is a 501 (c) 3 registered non-profit. Our employer identification number is 84-2744691. We are incorporated as a nonprofit corporation in the state of Oregon. We received our 501 (c) 3 Tax Exempt letter on August 27, 2019.

The IRS also informs us that Whale Spirit is qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under IRS Section 2055 2106 or 2522.
